Our environment is now configured and we can start exploring more into MSCRM. However to understand CRM better, we would need data. To add sample data we will be performing the following steps:
Step 1: For UCI:
Click on Advance setting > Setting > Data Management > Sample Data
Step 2: For classic:
Setting > Data Management > Sample Data
Step 2:
Click on the install button. It might take 2-3 minutes to install the data. Meanwhile you can keep exploring the environment.
Step 3:
You can also remove the installed data by again clicking on the sample data.
Now that you have the sample data installed, you can explore more in dashboards, charts, reports and records. Your play ground is ready.
